Legal Position Ad:
Active real estate management office looking for experienced paralegal to help our in house legal staff. Work involves following up with the following types of cases and litigation:
- Non payment
- Holdovers and Dispossesses
- Warrants
- Evictions
- Non Primary Residence
- Non Military Affidavit
Applicant must be able to stay current, organized, and follow up on each case. Must call tenants who owe money, follow that stipulations are paid on time, and calendar all court appearances. Interaction with attorneys and accurate forwarding of critical information (Rent breakdowns, Arrears Reports, Copies of leases) required on a daily basis. Hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM
Experience in Real Estate or some type of legal office required. Please do not apply without these credentials as your resume will not be reviewed. No cover letters needed.

Compensation: $40,000 annual salary (Would pay more for higher level of experience) - 80% payment of health insurance after 3 month
